Tonawanda Limb and Brace is owned by Richard and Robert Catipovic. The company is a second generation business started by their father Miro Catipovic who is a WWII amputee. The company has helped over 7,000 patients walk, run and swim with the aid of prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices. Tonawanda Limb and Brace has its own state of the art prosthetics and orthotics lab. Many of the devices used by our patients today are designed and built right in our lab. The main goal of Tonawanda Limb and Brace is to provide our patients with the very best in prosthetic management, service and care. We are able to design and create any type of prosthesis or orthotic device that our patients need. This also includes pediatric devices. All consultations and services are done here at our Tonawanda location. We accept all participating insurance providers including medicare and medicaid.

Co owners, Richard and Robert Catipovic are involved in every aspect of the company’s day to day operations. Richard is not only an owner of Tonawanda Limb & Brace he is also the president of the New York State chapter of the academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. Robert, also a co-owner, owns and existing patent on an orthotic device that he has designed and developed.
